Alphabet’s Google mentioned on Wednesday it was constructing an undersea cable that will join america, Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina, to bolster Web connection capability between these areas.
The cable, referred to as Firmina, would be the longest cable on the earth, Google mentioned in a blog post, including that it’s going to run from the East Coast of america to Las Toninas, Argentina, with extra landings in Praia Grande, Brazil, and Punta del Este, Uruguay.
“Firmina will enhance entry to Google providers for customers in South America.
